Southern Freestyle club Grom camp at Warmwell ski centre (November 2007) Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th.

This is the first ever Grom camp to be run at Warmwell ski centre and we are all super excited as the Freestyle arena at Warmwell is one of the best in the UK!

The Grom camps are for all standards of skiers wanting to do Freestyle including

First time giving freestyle skiing ago.

Wanting to learn a few new tricks before going away to the  mountains.

Advanced freestyle skiers wanting to improve and move up a level.

Competitor freestylers wanting to prepare for up and coming events.

Aspiring pro's

Professional skiers.

The camps are for all ages. Over the years we have had kids as young as 5 years old and adults as old as 60!

It is essential to wear HELMETS and we advise you to use body armour if you have it.

The Grom camp schedule Saturday 10th & 11th Nov 2007

10.00AM Meet at the Warmwell ski centre entrance for briefing and collect ski higher if needed.

!0.30AM Get into groups and meet your coach (Start first session)

12.00PM Break time.

12.45PM. Trampoline session.

1.30PM Back into your groups (2nd session)

2.30PM Grom camp competition

3.30PM Prize giving and video analysis.

6.00 PM Pat Sharples Grom Camp Jam Session

10.00 Prize Giving

There will be a max of 35 skiers per day which will cost £35 per person for the Saturday and £30.00 for the Sunday

The Grom camps are supported by SALOMON UK, & OAKLEY UK and in assosiation with, Ski Club of GB, Natives.CO.UK, Southern Freestyle club.co.uk.

There will be the latest Salomon freestyle skis on hand to test as well as loads of free give aways.

The coaching will by some of the UKs leading pro skiers including

The Southern Grom Freestyle jam.  10th Nov 2007

To celebrate the first ever Southern Grom camp at Warmwell we will be holding a Jam competion on the Saturday evening running from 6.00pm till 10.00pm.

The Jam is for all ages and standards of riders. It will be a free for all session on the Warmwell freestyle arena which consists of a Big air, ¼ Pipe, and Rails and boxes.

There will be  music, MC and a BBQ at the bottom and everyone is welcome to come and join in the party.

There will spot prizes handed out through out the night so everyone is in with a chance of winning. There will be music, MC and BBQ at the bottom as well as all the latest Salomon  freestyle skis on hand to test!

Towards the end of the evening there will be showdown of 10 selected riders who will battle it out for top prizes
